Whole Club

Thursdays - 8:00pm - 9:30pm

The whole club training will be run by Mens 1st team players Richard Perkins and Chris Lack. The sessions offer all adults a range of cardiovascular, tactical and endurance training.

Mens

Tuesdays - 8:00pm - 09:30pm

Mens 1st and 2nd team training is taken by Linden Lockhart. The sessions offer a range of cardiovascular, tactical and endurance training.

Womens

Mondays - 8:00pm - 09:30pm

Womens hockey training is taken by Nigel McDonald and is aimed for all abilities.

Juniors

Training for the 2017/2018 season starts on September 3rd. We would like to hold a very quick meeting in the clubhouse for all the U8s and U10s at 9.30am to outline details and plans for the season. Richard will host a meeting for the U14s and U16s at 11:00am in the clubhouse to do the same. Both meetings will be quite short and we will get going with training as soon as possible.

The training sessions will run as follows:

U8 - School years 3 and younger - 9:30am to 10:30am

U10 - School years 4 & 5 - 9:30am to 11:00am

U12 - School years 6 & 7 - 11:00am - to 12:30pm

U14 - School years 8 & 9 - 11:00am to 12:30pm

U16 - School years 10 & 11 - 11:00am to 12:30pm

Junior training is run by Nigel McDonald, Richard Perkins and Darren Richardson. All abilities and ages are welcome. Sessions are £2 per session. If any parents would like to stay and assist all help would be welcomed.

Wednesdays - 5:00pm - 6:00pm

We currently run an indoor training session in Wednesdays at The Howard School in Rainham. This training session is aimed for U10s and older.

Thursdays - 4:30pm - 6:00pm

This training session is aimed for U10s and older.

Fitness

Wednesdays - 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Fitness training will be continuing to run throughout the season. Fitness is run by Richard Brewer and is FREE. Donations towards the pitch relay are welcome however.
