Whole Club

Thursdays - 8:00pm - 09:30pm

The whole club training will be run by Mens 1st team players Richard Perkins and Chris Lack. The sessions offer all adults a range of cardiovascular, tactical and endurance training. The first session will start on Thursday 1st September.

Mens

Mondays - 8:00pm - 09:30pm

Mens 1st and 2nd team training is taken by Keir Starley. The sessions offer a range of cardiovascular, tactical and endurance training.

Womens

Mondays - 8:00pm - 09:30pm (from 3rd August)

Womens hockey training is taken by Nigel McDonald and is aimed for all abilities.

Juniors

The 14th, 15th and 18th of December will be the last training sessions before Christmas for the groups below. Training will resume on the 8th, 11th and 12th of January.

The sessions run as follows:

Sunday - Under 8's (year 3 and below) - 09:30am - 10:30am

Sunday - Under 10's (year 4 and 5) - 09:30am - 11:00am

Sunday - Under 12's and Under 14's - 11:00am - 12:30pm

Sunday - Under 8's (year 3 and below) - 17:00pm - 18:00pm

Junior training is run by Nigel McDonald, Richard Perkins and Darren Richardson. All abilities and ages are welcome. Sessions are £2 per session. If any parents would like to stay and assist all help would be welcomed.

Wednesdays - 5:00pm - 6:00pm

We currently run an indoor training session in Wednesdays at The Howard School in Rainham. This will resume from 20th April in the Howard School sports hall.

Thursdays - 4:30pm - 6:00pm

Year 4 and above - 16:30pm - 18:00pm

Fitness

Wednesdays - 07:00pm - 08:00pm

Fitness training will be continuing to run throughout the season. Fitness is run by Richard Brewer and is FREE. Donations towards the pitch relay are welcome however.
